Lots of overtime and deadlines. No one will ever tell you to work overtime, but everyone always does in order to meet quarterly goals and expectations.
You will see coworkers online during the weekends and sometimes late into the night, 1-2 am. Also, overtime is always on the table regardless of how well the company is doing.
