Please improve the architecture and documentation so that all departments have a great idea of how the products are designed and working internally, rather than a fuzzy, abstract view.
Processes are still antiquated, and virtually no team has a proven, structured development methodology such as Agile and Lean.
This results in a lot of rework and effort duplication.
