The team is very supportive and helps each other in understanding the architectural concepts.
There is a very good team atmosphere for learning new concepts and about the legacy features to increase your overall knowledge.
Very little documentation. Sometimes it is difficult to speak amongst all the senior engineers. Senior engineers and managers seem to be overloaded with work and meetings across different time zones.
