Work - Life Balance
Open Culture
Higher-level management is always keen to listen to your feedback.
Recognition for good work
Low passion among employees towards work.
Too much focus on balance.
Less innovation.
Upper management seems to be too settled and in their comfort zone. They need to fuel more ideas and innovation that can be taken up by the younger set of employees.
Applied through employee referral. HR contacted me within a week. The hiring manager conducted a telephonic interview, asking basic questions about my present work, skills involved, and willingness to relocate. Within another week, a Skype interview
Three rounds of the interview were conducted. OS concepts and C language questions were asked. Some were standard questions that could be answered easily, but some required a deep understanding of C and OS concepts.
I applied online for the position and was also referred by a friend. The process took two to three weeks. Both rounds were telephonic. In the first round, I was asked about my resume, a couple of projects that I had listed, and some basic questions
