- Great hiring process.
- If assigned a good manager and buddy, then it is easier to ramp up. (I didn't get supportive ones, therefore it was exponential for me.)
- Okay-ish work-life balance.
- Great benefits during COVID.
- High workloads most of the time.
- If a manager and buddy are not supportive, it leads to a communication gap, incomplete and faulty learning, and mental disturbance.
- Pay-scale not matching the workload; pay is less, and work is more.
