Very poor management - they're managing eng teams as if they were managing unskilled blue-collar workers.
Instability of projects - you never know when the project you've spent a dozen or so months on is going to be cancelled.
Easy interview with general IT questions. No coding tasks. A couple of behavioral questions. The whole interview lasted around 25 minutes, followed by time for questions. Good experience.
The questions were not particularly difficult, and the conversation was friendly. However, nothing came of it. There was no contact after the conversation, despite the fact that they did not point out things they did not like.
Most of the interview was a technical talk. There were lots of quite easy questions. I had no programming test, but it's a requirement now. There were a few sentences in English about my experience and some small talk.
