Awesome technology, competitive pay, great bonuses, amazing socials, family-oriented, flexible, and diverse career opportunities.
It's hard to steer the movement of such a large company.
The telephonic interview covered projects and basic questions. The 1:1 interview was a deep dive into projects and expertise. The face-to-face interview had 5 rounds and lasted the entire day. Questions focused on video decoder and encoder concepts
The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and the interviewer asked mostly about basic electrical engineering. I was interviewing for an ASIC design role, so the interviewer also asked about RTL implementation and logic design.
Easy interview. Phone screen followed by an onsite interview with 4 engineers. Covered basic logic, a personality interview, and some hardware questions. Except for one engineer, most of the engineers were courteous. Seemed pretty standard, cons
