Pros

Innovative company leads to top talent accumulation and development. A great place to practice and improve your engineering skills. A great work atmosphere.

Best compensations in town! Unlimited major medical insurance, minor medical insurance, stock benefits, two food stamp cards, and flexibility in working hours.

Cons

Slow changes; don't expect financial increments in promotions or work rotations. A master's degree earned while in the job doesn't land you a better position within the company.

Yearly evaluations are biased towards perceptions; you need to do a lot of extra work to clear this up. A manager may not be the product supervisor or have little technical background to understand your work.

Advice to Management

Understand what drives your employees. Lead, don't just manage!

Push for more work-related travel and conferences.
