Good work environment for the most part.
Long hours if you have teammates in other timezones.
I applied online for the post of Hardware Engineer. The description mentioned around 0-3 years experience; as I was a fresher, I fit into the requirements. It was a telephonic interview lasting for around 30 minutes.
Was referred by an employee. Received a call within a week. Only had a phone screen, which was an hour-long interview. Questions covered basic VLSI, synthesis, and scripting. UNIX/Linux and Git questions were also included.
It was normal, nice people to talk with. They didn’t select me, although I think the interview was very good. Still, I think that Intel is a great company to work in.
