- The location is really annoying. It's very difficult to get there by train or bus. It's also problematic by car from almost any location.
- The parking lot adds an additional 10 minutes to the daily "go to work" process.
Invest in the development of your people, and listen to them.

I had two different technical interviews with four different engineers. These interviews mainly focused on logical design and system engineering. Each interview was about two hours long, followed by a short call with HR on the phone.
