First, there was a 30-minute screening with the manager. Then, there were two rounds of virtual interviews with the manager and three other team members. After the two rounds, I was sent an offer a couple of weeks later.

I had a thirty-minute phone screen with the manager. Then, I had two separate, hour-long interviews with two selected team members each. The questions were behavioral and focused on past work experiences.

They contacted me for a phone interview after I submitted approximately 30 resumes on their website. Oddly, the position I was interviewed for was none of those 30. They asked me questions about my previous experience and projects as a GRA at my un
