- You get to meet many well-accomplished and smart people.
- You always have something to do, so you will rarely be bored.
- It's very independent at times, and also times where you work in groups.
- A bit of politics.
- Sometimes the environment can be a little depressing.
- Some engineers can try to put more on you than they should.
For the most part, management is good. One improvement could be that they should check in on the people under them more.
