Benefits and medical were good. Decent pay, but was always behind the market scale. Wouldn't give raises to keep up with CPI/inflation.
The benefits were nice, but they cut all of those down to squat, even though the CEO wouldn't be cutting pay to employees.
This is all due to former CEOs running the company to the ground, and the current CEO can't do anything but suck up to the government for subsidies.
Let's not get into the whole "unpaid leave" for not getting the vaccine, given that the company is a federal contractor.
Grow a pair and stop being brown-nosers and actually stick up for your employees.
I was contacted and flown out. Interview day was 6 hours and I was interviewed by 5 different people. All of the questions were technical and specific in nature. It was a very typical hardware interview, focusing on: * Pipeline stages * Creating H
The interview process included a phone interview followed by a half-day on-site interview. The phone interview focused on application-based questions regarding operating system memory management and understanding of processes/memory allocation in C.
I was ghosted and have had no idea about what will happen for over a month. This is not showing great respect to the candidate. They could do it much better than this. It may not be a hard thing to do.
