Amazing Fab, Manager Confusion
The facility was incredible (cafeteria, gym, health clinic, etc.); my co-workers were great. The fab was amazing, with really cool machinery.
Sometimes department managers didn't seem to know what they were talking about. The plant closed down.
Have faith in your staff and show appreciation.
