- Great teams that, at times, may be clicky, but overall, they do their best to make you feel part of the team.
- Decent break times.
- Adequate training.
- Provides opportunities for you to move up if you want to.
Pay is alright, but they make up for it with their benefit package.
Managers are not always on the floor, meaning your performance review is largely based off feedback from peers and any written or logged work.
During peak times of production, work culture takes a significant impact for the worse.
Please take the time to understand that if people are leaving the team and the company, they will not be able to perform at the same level they previously were.
Run times take a significant impact, but employees never felt heard when we try to do our best. We are operating at 50% of the manpower we had before or are stuck training to catch up other technicians.
