Pros

Great benefits. The overall vibe is really good, and the staff is friendly.

Cons

Less chances to promote if you aren't vocal, even if you are a hard worker.

The ones to complain are the ones more likely to promote.

Most positions require degrees over experience and knowledge.

Advice to Management

Get rid of education-required positions. The only thing that matters should be a person's knowledge about a specific position or experience.

A BS or MS won't tell you if this person either cheated his way to the degree or if he knows what's happening.

Also, increase bonuses for the technicians. There's no reason for people on the floor to receive 2-3k a year for bonuses when grades 7-10 are making 20k+.
