Great coworkers, fantastic opportunities to learn tools. Benefits are amazing, and work-life balance is good.
Management is going towards a downward spiral. Too many changes in how things need to get done.
Didn't receive a focal for 3 years.
Pay attention to those that care about the job, and recognize their hard work by paying them for what they are worth.
