Little to no interview process. My interviewer simply looked at me and said, "You look fine to me. You're hired."

Cons

Green badges are treated as subhuman. They don't care about our problems, have no benefits, and can be fired by any blue badge on the spot for any reason.

Advice to Management

You need green badges to do your job.

Treat us fairly.
