Pros

Great medical benefits. The night shift differential is pretty good. I believe they raised it as I was leaving from 12% to 16%. There was also the 11% differential for a compressed work week.

Cons

The benefits were good, but the pay raises were slow in coming. They kept the pay as low as possible.

Advice to Management

You need to work to help your employees more. If they say that they can't do something and explain their limitations, then you should really look into helping them, or they will seek employment opportunities elsewhere.
