Pros

Learning. You will learn SO MUCH, it will be hard to grasp. You choose how certified you really want to be. But that doesn't mean training is ALWAYS happening. You get rewarded for how much you push.

Cons

Intel has been very focused recently on things I will not elaborate on due to NDA. I will say, again, you get what you give at Intel.

Advice to Management

Disciplinary action for everyone else based off of a few's actions is the fastest way to lose hope and morale for that department's team.
