Pros: Free coffee and soft drinks.
I have also learned and witnessed senior management at its worst, so I know now what not to do, if I ever so do.
Knowing that without and beyond any reasonable doubt there are more fools above me than below brings warmth to my heart and a smile to my face.
Making it further up the bureaucratic food chain is like coaxing a banana sandwich from an ape; it can be done, you just need to outthink them.
Cons: Senior management seems to be "past their prime". The ideas flowing from the top down about staffing or other simple tasks for senior managers to perform or forecast are poorly executed. More managers than technicians seems to defy even human comprehension.

Pros: Free non-alcoholic beverages. Managers are great people.
Cons: Not much room for growth. It's easy to be lost with the number of people at the company.
