Pros

Healthcare, 401K, SPP, time off, and compressed workweek.

Cons

Employees are not valued.

Pushing employees to their limits makes it very stressful.

It does not matter how hard someone works; it is never good enough.

Engineering belittles MTs. They do not work well as a team.

Not an equal pay company.

Advice to Management

Get back to basics and control your engineering group. Have them be more compassionate and promote a team environment. Value your MTs. Give more avenues for advancement, not just Maintenance or Operations Manager. Stop putting so much stress on employees. Spread the workload evenly.
