Pros

Great benefits for shift workers, including up to a 36% shift allowance and built-in OT.

Reboot locations throughout with pool tables, table tennis, table football, and gym facilities, among others.

Stock purchase programs act as a guaranteed savings account.

Lunch breaks aren't deducted from pay.

Cons

All bonuses have been discontinued in 2023 due to cutbacks, when everything has increased in price, showing all employees how little they are valued.

A lot of smoke and mirrors with bonuses, i.e., a 2k bonus spread over 4 years and 50% going to tax.

New employees constantly starting on higher salaries than experienced staff.

High turnaround of staff.

Advice to Management

Talking to lower-level staff and not being so intimidating.
