Nice place to work
Care is shown for employees, and consideration for ideas and improvements is closely looked upon. It's generally a nice environment to work in, with activities and inclusion on a number of projects.
Some areas of manufacturing within the workplace can be more exciting than others. I find my area of work to be very good, but have been told of other areas being quite dull.
Management is very good, and they genuinely listen and care for the employees within their management.
