Too much politics. Poor management might have engineering degrees, a lot of hidden bullying. The team manager has employees they favor or dislike. A lot of bullying within management is hidden. This causes poor performance and the failure of Irish to meet technology nodes because of fear in the focal review system and politics contained within. There is also a failure to reward good, solid employees if they are not management's favorites. Which in turn, the company loses out on their real talents. And inferior employees get on.
Look at line management, because politics, fear, and bullying are affecting the performance of operations. Team evaluation should not be sent to employees' team managers after each team fills out. They say it's anonymous, but managers know and can take reprisal for poor reviews. There's also a failure to reward good, solid employees if they're not management's favorite. This, in turn, causes the company to lose out on their real talents.
Inferior employees end up in management with these policies of engaged management teams, damaging intel in technology. This is not just in Ireland but also in the USA and China, and TSMC is now reaping the rewards of bad management.
Hope someone really reads.
They asked some questions: * How long can you work standing? * Do you follow procedures? * Are you okay with working in a clean room? * Are you good at working in a group?
I applied online and received a phone interview a week later. It took about 25 minutes. Questions were mainly on basic electronics and behavioral topics. The interviewer also laid out the work schedule.
A smooth and easy interview. It consisted of a panel of four people. Each person asked different questions, both technical and behavioral. Each person worked in a different area and held a different position.
