Staff turnover is very low. Expect you to complete training to the highest standard but don't give you what you require to complete it. For example, a lot of training is web-based, but they don't have computers available to do so. Pay does not reflect responsibility or experience. Opportunities to progress are limited. Day-to-day running can be extremely poor at times.
