Pros

Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Open door grievance process: The company's way of getting rid of an employee. If an employee is being bullied and complains to HR, all they get is an offer of 6 weeks of psychotherapy. HR doesn't accept that bullying is occurring and tries to make out the employee has issues. I once paid a person to type up a professional CV for me after I was forced to quit my job at Intel. She asked why I quit and if I was bullied there. I said yes. She replied, "The reason I asked was I know Intel is notorious for bullying."

Advice to Management

Put into practice the company's motto: "It's a great place to work." Because it is far from it.
