Awesome place to work, just a long drive.
Long drive back and forth to work.
Be a bit more open.
The initial phone interview was very straightforward. It was basically a 'who are you and what do you do?' discussion. Also, they asked what steps you would take to troubleshoot and resolve an issue if given a situation.
Two interviews: behavioural and technical. The first is of high importance, while the latter is dependent on the role. Try to give an expression of sincerity and hard work to succeed in the interview.
The process was relaxed and required nothing but a little deductive reasoning and some simple math and chemistry knowledge. Though if you do struggle with any of those, remain positive. Acknowledge mistakes or joke about them, and it should come out
