The projects are diverse and interesting. I am actually working on real projects that have impact, not some useless intern-specific busywork. My team is incredibly nice and willing to teach me all about what it takes to keep an intel factory running 24/7.
Due to my job being an internship, there are times that I am waiting on others to complete my projects and have to sit around. This is mainly not Intel's fault and falls more on outside contractors. Some projects are tedious but necessary, and the first couple of weeks are filled with a lot of boring web training.
