- Management sucks. They trick you in your focal by telling you are successful and give you a low number of stocks, and then fire you because they gave you a low amount of stocks. They find ways to let the older employees go.
- Always being threatened to get laid off.
- They come and tell you have to move to another city or lose your job.
- You will get laid off after you reach 50 and replaced by a few cheap heads in India or Malaysia.
- You will get laid off if you are close to retirement.
- You will get laid off if you take your sabbatical.
- You will get laid off if you go on medical leave.
Management jobs are turf building, basically. They are clueless.
