Good benefits. Good people. Good opportunities.
I don't have any cons.
First, I got a phone call, then I came in for an interview with a group. I was asked what I'd done before and a couple of engineering questions. I never heard from them after I thought I had a good interview.
The process was very thorough. HR was very good about scheduling times and answering any questions. The interview process consisted of an over-the-phone and an onsite interview. The onsite interview was all day and included multiple interviews.
The first interview was a briefing of the company, followed by computerized technical and personality tests. The entire process took about five hours. The second interview was face-to-face with two engineering managers. Some standard interview quest
