A good learning experience
Pay is okay, but could be a lot better. There are a lot of experienced people to learn new things from. Teammate coordination is good.
Future outlook is unsure. Layoffs make my job uncertain. I can’t focus due to them.
Better directionality. Less bureaucracy.
