Amazing benefits and work/life balance; Poor company culture
The benefits are unlike anything else I've been offered at other companies. You're working with some of the smartest people in the world. Your health and home life are always respected by managers.
Corporate creep has ruined the work culture. It truly feels like 10% of the team is doing 100% of the work while carrying the other 90% of the team on your shoulders.
Over time, you become jaded and eventually succumb to the corporate culture.
