Misled in interview on job description, pay, and work environment. Other opportunities are available, but there was no encouragement to change jobs. Heavy pressure during ramp-up and very unrealistic expectations. Unstable company dynamic.

First, I met with recruiters on campus. They kept my resume and the next day scheduled an interview on campus. It was more behavioral-related. The recruiters were really nice and polite.
