In terms of organizational culture, it's an amazing place to work. Managers speak at eye level.
From a business perspective, there is quite a bit of room for improvement.
I had two job interviews: * One with two teammates * Another with two managers, one of whom later became my manager. Both interviews were conducted in a very positive and welcoming environment, making the experience enjoyable and encouraging.
The interview was conducted in the usual professional manner. I was asked to present a project I worked on during my degree, and then I was asked a number of professional questions.
Generally a good process, with easy questions and fun interviews. The only thing bad about it I can say is that the coffee was very bad. I had to steal a chair to take home, just so I wouldn't feel the experience was a waste of my time. Really fun!
