The way Intel Corporation does its annual ranking and rating does not support the teamwork the company pontificates. Individual team members are compared against each other, resulting in people needing to keep accomplishments for themselves.
Change the way Ranking and Rating is done in such a way that teams are rewarded for producing quality work.
