Many opportunities to get very focused on specific areas. Teamwork is excellent. Vast resource of mentoring opportunities. Bonus program was lucrative.
Too many Best Known Methods (BKMs) that impeded innovation.
Lots of little kingdoms that have different policies.
Most training was internal-based and could lose connection to the outside world.

SOC Integration Engineer
Applied online and had a 45-minute phone interview. Questions were based on my resume and projects, and covered deep concepts in Computer Architecture, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and Python. I was asked to explain project code and algorithms.
Validation Engineer
I applied online and heard back from them within a week. The phone interview was not too difficult. After the phone interview, I did not hear anything back for a month. Then, I was contacted for an on-site interview where I met with five engineers fo

Fairly good interview process. Scheduling and logistics could have been better. There were a couple of phone screens initially, and if you cleared those, the whole interview involved 5-6 people conducting a day-long interview.
