I learned a lot. They have many resources you can use if you allocate the time to do it.
The management team is full of people with their own agendas. They don't care about others; they care only about securing a good life for themselves. You get no support for growing. Ethics is an unknown word at Intel Romania.
I would change 90% of the management team with more ethical and experienced people.
