Very bad and outdated management who lack vision and foresight. This has been proven several times before. They make sure the employees suffer in the long term due to mistakes made by them.

They cannot draw the best of talent to the company due to their conservative mindset in current days fast-paced environment.

Not the best company to be in if you want to learn or work on the latest and newest technologies that have potential.

It's time to revamp at least half of you all so people with a fresher outlook and who are up to date with modern technology can join. Your efforts in the last 5 years have caused nothing but bloodshed in the company. Take accountability and resign.
