One phone call directly from the hiring manager, going over the job responsibilities. Then, some basic EE questions for a new grad were asked. The questions were not difficult, and the interview lasted about 45 minutes.

Received a quick phone screen interview by HR after applying online through Intel's own job website. Scheduled for an on-site interview with two of the managers in the department. Got the result about a week later by HR through phone.

It is a great experience; they kept asking IQ questions. They also asked whether my personality was good. It was a great interview experience. I will always keep this interview concept for goodness in the future. I love how they screen their candidat
