Good work environment, great benefits.
POOR planning. They are thrashing now, killing profitable divisions by just not knowing where to go and what to do. They are in the "buy our way out" mode of big companies going down.
Get a plan. You can't even reduce your workforce and have a decent plan to execute that. You plan to ship personal belongings to the affected individuals, and your shipping department has a policy of not shipping personal items and refuses the shipments. It's been a week since I left, and my stuff is still all over my cube for the vultures to take.
