Hectic work when project completion is less than a year, otherwise WLB.
Managers are good in my team.
Enough platform to learn new skills or improve your current skills.
Moving from one domain to another is very easy here.
I got less compensation as I joined during the Corona period.
Salary was deducted as the company was going into loss.
Salary hike, bonus, and RSU were less.
No pre-planning for upcoming or new projects. Management should have plans a few months before current projects.
