Pros

Good benefits: sabbaticals, stock, quarterly activities, and "great place to work" events.

A large company provides opportunities to move around to different positions and locations.

Cons

It's a meritocracy, so your position is only as secure as your last review.

There is an expectation of continuing to expand your influence.

It is difficult to get a crisp decision. Decisions are often made by committee, although they are working to change that.

Advice to Management

I had good managers there. They get reviewed too and get feedback and training, which I think produces good managers. I've heard counter stories, however.
