Pros

Like most large companies, there are well-rounded benefits. Bonuses can be significant at higher grade levels when Intel is doing well.

There's an opportunity to work with lots of interesting people and a chance to learn a lot.

The company is likely to stay around for the foreseeable future. It has a commanding lead in process technology and the PC/laptop/server market.

Cons

Lots of meetings. The structure can be rigid. It depends on your job role and manager; it may be hard to move up to higher levels. The stock has been stagnant for the past few years as the company is trying to break into the phone/tablet market and hasn't succeeded.

Advice to Management

Reduce the number of meetings.

Don't try to do things by consensus.

Give the job to a team and let them run it without requiring consensus from all teams.
