Good benefits with a great environment and helpful colleagues. The salary for starting was great, especially as a fresh grad. There were many benefits, including a meal subsidy, car loan interest subsidy, and a quarterly bonus. The medical coverage included a wife and children, along with outpatient care, which was super great since most companies didn't cover this for family. Overall, I really enjoyed working there, and the balance between work and life is great.

After a few years, the salary started to look stagnant compared to those that skip to another company. Not to forget, new hires with less experience can get higher salaries than those who stay for years.

Provide a better retention benefit for those who decided to stay.
