The work pace is very intense. This is not common to every team, but it is dominant. Some managers are bad, mostly technical people, so not really people managers.

Software Engineer (Internship)
There were three technical interviews, each 30 minutes long, with recruiters from Altera. Two of them also asked for an introduction. The interviewers were nice and explained the job description in great detail.
Validation Engineer
There are three rounds of interviews. Each round takes 15 minutes to complete. An HR round will follow if you pass the technical interview. Most of the questions will be related to your resume.
