Pros

They are working on cutting-edge technology.

There are lots of smart people working hard.

They've got a good cafeteria.

Cons

As a contractor, I felt excluded and not part of a team. You were a different colored badge depending on your status, and certain privileges were only for certain kinds of employees. The group did not treat me like a member of the team, although they were cordial and helpful.

It's a really long commute through bad traffic with no convenient public transportation option (from SW Portland).

The cubes are tiny.

Advice to Management

Treat your contractors better.
