Technical Work, Sexist Culture
Good technical challenges. Work on new technology.
Very strong bias against women engineers.
Women are leaving the company in huge numbers. Almost no women in high visibility technical roles.
I know women with PhDs that have spent 15-20 years with the company, advancing only 1-2 grade levels.
When these issues are brought to the attention of managers (men), their immediate response is that only incompetent women are raising these concerns. HR is not doing anything to address it, except talking.
The company will benefit from diversity. Do something about it.
