It's a big company with a fair bit of stability. Compensation is acceptable.
Lots of bureaucracy. Lots of fiefdom building by executives. Compensation is merely acceptable; it is not "good". Easy to get pigeon-holed into a specific role, hurting marketability elsewhere. Lots of emphasis on culture, but over 20 years I saw it go from healthy to toxic.
