Applied online and got an interview. The official process of documentation took more than 2 months to complete. During the interview, they were very friendly. They asked about previous work and experiences. There were no hardcore technical questions.
Software Architect
A telephone interview, an individual meeting with the manager and the HR department. Had some previous contact through another company.

The interview was very relaxed. There was mutual interest between both parties. Several follow-up emails were exchanged after the interview. Unfortunately, the talks stopped due to a hiring freeze.
